Refund policy

Returns

We do not accept cancellations once your order has been processed. Each product is hand-made from a curated selection of fabrics and individually handcrafted in our Atelier into a limited edition of pieces locally made in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Please read all production details before purchasing. 

Because our pieces are hand-made to order and small collections with limited runs, we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind, however, we do offer a return for credit, and we can offer bespoke alterations and sizing accommodations to assist in finding your perfect piece. Garment Appearance 

All descriptions and imagery we will do our best to portray as accurately as possible, however, imagery may appear different depending on the screen and device being used. Please contact us at info@adrionatelier.com to request more imagery or information if you are unsure, we are happy to help.

Sale Items

Any items purchased via a discount are final sale and are ineligible for a return; please choose carefully. 

Returns 

Should you wish to return your item please email info@adrionatelier.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

Return shipping will not be refunded unless a garment is assessed as faulty by Adrion Atelier. We strongly recommend using a traceable return shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee your return will be received by us.

Once your item has been received it will be assessed to ensure it is in unworn original condition with original packaging prior to a credit being issued.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges; however we are able to accommodate alterations where required. If an alteration has been performed on a piece, this will be final sale and ineligible for a further return. If you wish to exchange an item you should follow the returns process and a credit will be issued for you to place a new order for your desired piece.

Stock levels

We offer limited runs made mostly from deadstock and designer end runs meaning stock available online is the only stock available. This offers our customers more exclusivity. A selection of styles may be repeated, however, items will most likely not be available in the same material, as well as amendments made to the shape or construction. 

Faulty items

If you believe there is an issue with your item please contact us as soon as you notice the issue. Purchases made over 12 months ago may be assessed but are unlikely to be accepted as a return.

Should there be an issue with a garment, Adrion Atelier reserves the right to repair, replace before a refund to remedy the issue at their sole discretion.

In the instance where care instructions have not been followed or there has been excessive wear and this is the cause of any issues, items may be assessed but it is unlikely they will be deemed as faulty by Adrion Atelier.
